Modern Slavery Statement

At Insight Security we respect human rights and have zero tolerance for any form of modern slavery.

Whilst we can directly control employment within our company, ensuring that we operate an equal opportunity environment, meeting or exceeding UK Government guidelines in respect of pay rates, age restrictions and working conditions, etc, we recognise that no supply chain is without risk of modern slavery.

We therefore endeavour to ensure that the manufacturers and suppliers that we work with, understand the risks of modern slavery and work in partnership with their own suppliers to identify and mitigate them.

Those of our trading partners with an annual UK turnover in excess of £36million are subject to rigorous checks and reporting requirements as set out by the government under the UK Modern Slavery Act 2015 (and any subsequent amendments that may apply).

Many of our other trading partners with a lesser UK turnover, have been introduced to us by direct recommendation, however as far as possible, we research the ethical credentials of new partners through channels such as reviews, media comment and peer group information, among others.

Should we become aware that any of our trading partners, be they suppliers, manufacturers or distributors, do not share our commitment to human rights and appear to be operating in contravention of the Modern Slavery Act, and should we believe that to be the case following our own investigation, we would take steps to cease our trading relationship with that company.
